The site is located in a natural setting just outside of the nearby Skutare village and 15 min drive from the regional town Plovdiv. The land has a spring adjacent to the north border and is an ideal scenario for families looking for calmer life and setlle closer to nature. The unit modules are designed based on parametrically driven framework and specifically adapted to additive manufacturing process like 3D printing. Each unit is reconfigurable and can be suited according to needs while maintain the coherent vision of the development.
