We are assisting the new owners of a villa in the vicinity of the medieval village of Valbonne in the South of France with the readaptation of their property. Delicate operation as we need to intervene on the Art Deco part of the house added in 2009 by Sphere Architects respect the current planning regulations and stay in harmony with the existing structures. Planning permit was issued by the City Hall and the project is pending execution.
